Dragon Security Command Console is a security
information and event manager that combines IDS/IPS methods with network
behavioral analysis into one dashboard display of security information. The
incorporated support for third-party security products (firewall, VPN, IDS/IPS,
antivirus and network scanning tools) enables DSCC to gather and prioritize
security data from many different sources. The contextual analysis of network
behavior virtually eliminates the impact of security threats and network
anomalies. It can also automatically judge the importance (severity,
credibility and relevance) of security events to business assets.
For example, in one 24-hour period, DSCC has been proven to analyze 5.5
million flows, identify 1.5 million network events, and correlate those events
to 95 actionable security incidents that can be associated with automated
responses.
Dragon DSCC delivers a single, real-time view of the security network that
helps organizations better identify, separate and eliminate threats, prevent
future weaknesses from impacting operations, and act in accordance with new and
existing security regulations.
