The ProCurve Switch 2700 series provides a low-cost, unmanaged solution, and is available in either 8 or 24 port configurations. Automatic speed detection and configuration is provided for any 10Base-T, 100Base-TX, or 1000Base-T device. Both configurations can be mounted in a standard 19 in. rack.

The ProCurve Switch 2700 series can automatically detect and adjust for straight-through or crossover cables on all ports thanks to IEEE Auto-MDIX. Half-/Full-duplex auto-negotiating capability on every port provides double the throughput on all ports. A comprehensive LED display provides an at-a-glance view of status, activity, speed, and full-duplex operation.
